Vine Street Independence Day Update: We're excited to announce that Vine Street is now open to local through traffic and emergency vehicles for Independence Day! Enjoy the holiday with convenient parking available all day. Please note that all sidewalks will remain closed for your safety. After the 4th of July, construction barrels will be placed along the road with clear parking instructions: no parking 7AM-5PM, Monday-Friday until construction is completed.
